fix(core): make npx microlink.io run the cli (#20)

`npx microlink` resolved to an unrelated npm package ("Comlink
Alternative"), so every documented CLI example failed with
"could not determine executable to run".

Add a `microlink.io` bin alias so the package name maps to the CLI
directly instead of relying on npm's single-bin fallback, and fix the
README examples to use it.
