Revert "ci: cache cargo llvm-cov build artifacts"

This reverts commit 0691d1e0b.

`cargo llvm-cov clean` followed by `cargo llvm-cov test --no-clean` is
equivalent to `cargo llvm-cov test` without `--no-clean`.
