fix: parse IPv4 proxy URIs with @ in credentials (#34)

hostToken used the first `@` as the userinfo delimiter, so a WHATWG-valid
URI like `http://user:p@ss@127.0.0.1:8080` failed the IPv4 rewrite check
while the same credentials on a hostname were accepted.
