build: sync the lock file to node-opcua-crypto 5.9.0

The dependency was bumped while 5.9.0 was still unpublished, so the lock
file could not be updated at the time and master ended up with a
package.json asking for 5.9.0 against a lock recording 5.8.0. CI
installs with npm install and stayed green; npm ci refused outright with
EUSAGE.

Edited in place rather than regenerated: npm reindents the whole file
here, which would have buried four real lines under four thousand.
