* feat: stamp PDF metadata into HTML

unpdf already has the bytes; mutool only makes the body.

* fix: keep pdfMeta off the public payload

addHtml still stamps the tags; callers do not need a second
copy of the data URIs on the result object.

* test: scrape PDF metadata with metascraper

Moved the metascraper-pdf suite here so stamped tags
are checked with the HTML rule bundles.
