fix(auth): upgrade decentraland-gatsby to 9 (#1010)

decentraland-gatsby 9.0.0 is a breaking release carrying a signed-fetch auth
fix: metadata casing is now covered by the signature. This service has no
auth code of its own, so it inherits the fix entirely through gatsby's
withDecentralandAuth and needs no local changes.

engines.node is already 24.* and engines.npm already 10.* || 11.*, both of
which satisfy the >=22.0.0 / >=10.0.0 floors gatsby 9 introduces via
@dcl/crypto-middleware 6.2.0, so no engines change is needed here.

The lockfile change is scoped to the gatsby delta only. A no-op install on
this repo drops three nested optional packages and rewrites ~500 lines of
unrelated peer/license flags under a newer npm, so that drift was excluded
and the result validated with npm ci.
