fix: URL-decode fallback term labels on /part page (#621)

AIDA sentence IRIs were shown with their '+' signs on the /part page,
because it derived its fallback title with a raw last-segment regex.
Use Utils.getShortNameFromURI like ExplorePage does, which URL-decodes
the segment and thereby turns '+' into spaces.
