perf: budget tool output (#99)

* feat: let typo3-tca answer a narrow question about one record type or field

* feat: leave empty columns and bookkeeping fields out of a record row

* feat: put the typo3-info content-type catalogue behind a parameter

A type with an empty intersection was reported as an empty list: on tt_content
that is 25 of 27 types for a single requested field, and it collapsed shared to
nothing in the process.

* fix: redact the diffsource blob on tables that carry secrets

l18n_diffsource holds a copy of the source row, so naming it in fields handed
back in clear text what redacting the column itself prevents. Tables with
nothing sensitive keep the blob readable.

133 of 136 new or added lines in 9 files covered. (97.79%)
