feat: Blender live preview page with item-editor-style controls

Replaces the bare connection test page with a proper live preview page at
/live-preview. The left panel mirrors the item editor's panel style and
reuses its Select/MultiSelect components, offering a preview-only subset
of the editor: refresh, random avatar (body shape, colors and base
wearables, randomized like the editor saga does), wearable category,
base body / wearables hiding overrides, idle emote selection, and a loop
toggle for emotes streamed from Blender.

The bridge flow is unchanged: poll <bridge>/state, refetch model.glb when
the version bumps, and hand the definition-with-blobs to WearablePreview
so updates hot-swap via postMessage without reloading the iframe.

Two workarounds worth noting:

- The deployed wearable-preview builds (.org and .zone) go blank when a
  blob UPDATE arrives; current wearable-preview master handles it. The
  renderer deployment is therefore a visible Preview URL field, so a
  locally served build (http://localhost:4444) can be used until a fixed
  build deploys.

- decentraland-ui2 deep-equals successive option sets and two Blobs
  compare as equal empty objects, so a re-export that only changes model
  bytes would be swallowed. The bridge version is stamped into the
  definition's description to force propagation.
