Revert "fix: match exclusion patterns case-insensitively"

This reverts commit af04d19.

Case folding changes what gets served on case-sensitive filesystems:
--exclude Secret would also hide a genuinely different directory
named secret, so files that were listed before stop being listed.
That is too wide a behavior change for a bypass that only exists on
case-insensitive filesystems.
