* fix: preserve unsaved read cluster edits

* ci: clarify frontend test check name

* set the debounce on the CH read-only settings to `blur` to avoid a round-trip for each keystroke, add test to validate the blur debounce is actually doing what we expect in the E2E/playwright backend test

* adds logging for edge case where the sync payload is malformed
