Strengthen leak detection and no-refcount cleanup

Run sanitizer tests in-process with LeakSanitizer enabled and release handlebarsc's root context on every exit path. Free temporary map lookup keys in no-refcount builds so the existing talloc assertions remain meaningful, then restore the no-refcount Nix check.
