fix: mock resolveTradeSignature in the trade integration tests

Both specs mocked validateTradeSignature, which addTrade no longer calls, so
real verification ran against the fixtures' placeholder signatures and every
insert returned a 400. The bids failures were a cascade: with no trade
created, later queries ran with an undefined id.

The mock now returns the resolved contract and digest, which is what the
trade records.
