Make queues and exchanges durable by default (#244)

* make queues by default durable and lots of updates

dropped the `--durable` cli flag and introduced `--transient`. Reason:
RabbitMQ v4 want's most queue types durable.

Updated integration test RabbitMQ to v4.

Updated go, deps, linter. Updating go 1.27.0 allowed ditch the google
uuid package and use the new go stdlib uuid package.

Fixed new linter finindings and fixed some flaky tests that showed up
with RabbitMQ v4.

* show no error when started without arguments
