Harden AST printing

Bound recursive traversal, make printer error paths ownership-safe, and preserve diagnostics when errors cannot be rethrown. Correct reconstructed parameter spacing and exercise both printers through unit tests, allocation-failure sweeps, and the template fuzzer.
