benchmark: avoid competing preflight scrapes

Use Prometheus target health to validate normal collection instead of issuing direct scrapes that compete for the exporter's single-scrape gate. Keep direct collection limited to the isolated fault check.

Allow a 12-second scrape p95 during calibration, preserving three seconds of headroom below the exporter timeout for the 103-database lab.
