chore(examples): drop react_native_windows and the RN Gemfile.locks

- example/react_native_windows was RN 0.63 / react-native-windows 0.63 / react-native-macos 0.62 from 2021; RN-Windows and RN-macOS lag behind the RN version that closes the current metro/cli advisories, so it could never be alert-free. The two ReactNativeProject examples cover RN; the i18next setup is identical on Windows/macOS.
- Gemfile.lock in both RN examples: CocoaPods tooling locks, regenerated by bundle install; they cannot reach 0 alerts (concurrent-ruby pinned by the RN template Gemfile, activesupport needs ruby >= 3.1).
