fix(IcuTrans): use defaultTranslation as key when no i18nKey is given

Since 17.0.0 the icu.macro emits <IcuTrans defaultTranslation="…"> without a key for <Trans>/<Select>/<Plural> nodes that have no i18nKey, and IcuTrans passed undefined to t(), which returns '' → those nodes rendered empty. Fall back to defaultTranslation as the key, like Trans does.
