update examples to pool v0.9.2

examples were pinned to a mix of v0.7.0 and v0.8.0. bumped all ten modules to
v0.9.2 and ran go mod tidy.

the compiled binaries from a previous run were committed alongside the go.mod
files, about 28MB of build output. removed and added to .gitignore.
