fix(service): use list-units to discover installed service instances (#113)

* fix(service): use list-units to discover installed service instances

list-unit-files only shows unit files on disk; for template units the
instantiated services are virtual and never appear in its output, so
service list always returned empty. Switch to list-units --all which
reports every loaded unit including inactive and disabled instances, and
obtain the enabled/disabled state from UnitFileState in showUnit.
