Cloud Upload: add "Upload Now" button to force a sync immediately

Lets users test the upload works without waiting for the 20s interval,
and without needing to disable "Only upload while disarmed" first.
Ignores uploadEnabled and onlyWhenDisarmed; still respects the
Logs/Media selection and won't restart an already-running sync.

Status now reports Running/Error/Success regardless of uploadEnabled,
so a manual run's result is visible even with automatic uploads off.

The rsync completion callback and the /api/cloudsyncnow route are
wrapped in try/catch - that callback runs outside the request's call
stack, so an uncaught error there would hit the process-wide handler
and take the whole server down rather than just failing this one
request. The frontend also surfaces the real error text (or HTTP
status) instead of only reacting to outright network failures.

The button also saves the current form settings first (without
toggling Enable/Disable), so it reflects what's on screen rather than
whatever was last saved via Enable/Disable.
