chore: update dependencies

Brings lgr and testify to their current releases and refreshes the
golang.org/x/sys and golang.org/x/text indirects, which had been left at
v0.21.0 and v0.14.0. testify v1.12 sources yaml from go.yaml.in/yaml/v3 and
no longer needs the go-spew and go-difflib indirects, so go mod tidy drops
them.
