Remove unused exported symbols and document all public API endpoints (#171)

* Remove unused YTChannel config type and ListProcessed store method

Neither has a caller anywhere in the repository. `config.YTChannel` was
superseded by `youtube.FeedInfo`, which is what `Conf.YouTube.Channels`
has used since; `BoltDB.ListProcessed` is absent from both the
`StoreService` interface in the youtube service and the `YoutubeStore`
interface in the API, so no runtime path reaches it and only the store
test called it.

* Document all public API endpoints in readme

Previously, the public endpoint list covered five of the eleven
registered GET routes and said nothing about which endpoints need
authentication, so `/feeds`, `/config`, `/feed/{name}`,
`/feed/{name}/source/{source}` and `/yt/channels` were undocumented and
`/config` could be mistaken for a protected route.
