Add a regression test for the send wake-up on close (#1281)

#1269 made the send wake-up in _RawSocketMixin.aclose() conditional on `not self._send_future.done()`. The receive side has both branches covered, but for send only the already-cancelled case is reached, so replacing the wake-up
with a no-op leaves the socket suite green while a task blocked in send() on a full socket buffer hangs instead of raising ClosedResourceError.

Mirrors test_close_during_receive.
