Bump Go to 1.25.11 and golang.org/x/net to v0.58.0

Fixes GO-2026-4918 (CVE-2026-33814): HTTP/2 infinite loop via
malicious SETTINGS_MAX_FRAME_SIZE of 0. Also bumps transitive x/
dependencies to latest minor versions.
