fix: read parity script text from message-shaped events

Previously, validate_stream and collect_text extracted text from
content_block_delta records, which fya deliberately no longer emits. The
live parity check failed with "no content_block_delta text events found"
after spending two Claude calls, and the text comparison never ran; the
dry-run fixture hid this because it still contained a delta record.

Text now comes from assistant message.content blocks, with legacy delta
records still accepted, and the dry-run exercises both shapes and asserts
they yield the same text.
