ETT-1524/ETT-1612 daily refresh for title level dashboard (#96)

- TIDY bib record spec
- Add `solr-sdr-catalog` to docker-compose for real-world-ish testing.
- Split off `SolrPivotFacets` class to handle the download from Solr, and analysis of pivot data.
- Split off `TitleSummaryTable` class to handle creation/swap/access to existing and temporary tables.
- Add edited fixture for testing a subset of the Solr data independent of the sample catalog contents.
- More TIDY
  - Spec helper redirects most log noise to a file instead of the screen, in the spirit of holdings-backend.
  - Remove `NullLogger` class
  - Standardize on use of `Services.logger` unless otherwise specified.
  - Add `.rspec` with `--require spec_helper` flag to allow running individual files that lack it (most have it) (ETT-75)
