Update dependencies and move to Go 1.26

Bumps every module to its current release, re-runs `go mod vendor`, and
raises the `go` directive to 1.26.0 with the workflow's `go-version` to
match, so CI no longer builds on an older toolchain than the module
declares. The x/net bump to v0.58.0 clears Dependabot alert 18, the
moderate denial of service in the HTML parser, and supersedes the
pending #159.

go-openai v1.42.0 marks `ChatCompletionRequest.MaxTokens` deprecated in
favour of `MaxCompletionTokens`. The field is still accepted for
non-reasoning models and still marshals as `max_tokens`, so the
non-reasoning branch keeps it behind a scoped staticcheck exception
rather than changing which parameter the bot sends as a side effect of a
dependency bump.

`umputun/baseimage:buildgo-latest` currently ships go1.26.0 with
`GOTOOLCHAIN=local`, so 1.26.0 is the highest directive the image will
build; `docker build` on this branch succeeds.
