Ignore engines when installing

@comunica/query-sparql-solid depends (via
@rubensworks/solid-client-authn-isomorphic) on @inrupt/solid-client-authn-*
v1, which declares `engines: node ^16 || ^18 || ^20`. Yarn 1 hard-fails
with "Found incompatible module" on the Node versions we run and test on,
so installing requires --ignore-engines, just like comunica-feature-solid
itself does in its CI.

This is done via .yarnrc instead of the CI workflow, so that plain
`yarn install` also keeps working locally.
