fix: ignore a non-string url_context on feedback submit

getPost() returns whatever was posted, so submitting url_context as an
array (url_context[]=...) reached substr()/strcspn() and crashed the
request with a TypeError. Fall back to the Referer header unless the
posted value is a non-empty string.
