Allow setting the SMTP HELO/EHLO hostname on the email sender (#313)

The verification email sender greeted the server as localhost with no way to
change it. A relay enforcing reject_non_fqdn_helo_hostname or
reject_unknown_helo_hostname, the usual posture on hardened Postfix, refuses
that greeting and the message never leaves.

EmailParams gains HELOHost, passed through to email.HELOHost. Left empty the
greeting stays localhost, so existing callers are unchanged.

go-pkgz/email v0.8.0, already required by both modules, provides the option.
The test drives a fake SMTP server and asserts the greeting on the wire in
both directions, configured and unset.
