Bump routegroup to v1.6.1, update example modules to current deps (#20)

* Bump routegroup to v1.6.1, update example modules to current deps

Both example modules were pinned to rest v1.20.3 and routegroup v1.6.0;
they now match the root module. The go directives stay at 1.24.0, so the
golang.org/x dependencies are left where they are: every version above
x/crypto v0.48.0 and x/sys v0.41.0 requires go 1.25.0.

Building the example modules drops an extensionless binary next to each
main.go, and neither was covered by .gitignore, so both paths are ignored
now.

* Add explicit permissions block to CI workflow

CodeQL flags workflows that leave the GITHUB_TOKEN at its default scope.
The build job only checks out code, runs tests and submits coverage, so
contents: read covers it; goveralls authenticates against coveralls.io
with the token rather than writing back to the repository. This matches
what go-pkgz/routegroup already runs with an identical coverage step.
