PowerPoint2007 Writer : Keep the name of a slide (#902)

* fix: the PowerPoint2007 writer keeps the name of a slide

`Slide::setName()` was written by the ODPresentation writer as `draw:name`
and read back, but the PowerPoint2007 writer never wrote it, so the name was
lost on save and there was nothing for the reader to restore.

The writer now writes it as the `name` attribute of `p:cSld`, and the reader
reads it back, the same way the ODPresentation pair already does.
