Scope search results and metrics by DID prefix (#1255)

* feat(search): scope data by DID prefix

Classify aliases from operation and manifest evidence so test and production search servers do not expose each other's records.

Reset the search-server database before deployment.

Search-server databases must be reset because snapshot storage adds new columns without a migration.

* fix(search): separate schema snapshots

* fix(explorer): restore live credential metrics

The Credentials tab describes the current published state; historical snapshot navigation belongs to the Network tab.

BREAKING CHANGE: agent totals moved from
/api/v1/metrics/snapshots/credentials/:date to
/api/v1/metrics/snapshots/agents/:date.

* fix(search): defer initial metrics rebuild

Gatekeeper can become ready before its network catch-up finishes. Wait for a quiescent changes pass before starting the hourly snapshot interval.

* fix(search): align DID alias classification

Use one effective network identity across live reads, historical snapshots, and Explorer links to prevent cross-network results.

The search-server database must be reset because receipt suffix columns are added without a migration.

* refactor(search): remove redundant alias logic

Keep alias deduplication at adapter suffix keys and route all snapshot responses through one handler.

Reset the search-server database before deployment; no migration is included.

* test(search): close coverage gaps
