Update dependencies (#22)

testify 1.11.1 to 1.12.0, modernc.org/sqlite 1.53.0 to 1.56.0, golang.org/x/text
0.38.0 to 0.41.0 and the transitive modules, in the root module and in the
examples one. The module list the runtime integration test writes for its
temporary package follows.

modernc.org/libc stays at v1.74.4, the version modernc.org/sqlite requires;
those two are built together and the newer libc is not what this release of
sqlite was generated against. Nothing here raises the go directive, which
stays at 1.25.0.
