Test the example lifecycle end to end

Only unit tests inside rt proved the runtime. No test ran a generated
lifecycle. The example's new tests start one across the module boundary
and assert the start order, the shutdown order, the cleanup position,
and the startup error contract. A wrapper test in cmd/yama runs the
example's tests, so the root suite and CI carry them without new
wiring. The wrapper adds -race only when its own binary has the race
detector, and it reads the example's sources because the test cache
does not see what a subprocess reads.
