Bound verification email delivery to the request context

TimeOut covers the connection setup only, so an SMTP server which accepts
the connection and stalls afterwards holds the login request until the
transport gives up on its own. go-pkgz/email gained SendContext, which
terminates the whole transaction when the context is done.

Email now implements SendContext, and VerifyHandler passes the request
context to any Sender implementing the new optional ContextSender
interface, falling back to Send for the ones that don't. The Sender
interface itself is unchanged, so existing custom senders keep working.

go-pkgz/email points at master until its next release is tagged.
