chore(vendor): re-vendor openapi.json at 1.0.0-alpha27 (#65)

The vendored copy was pinned at 1.0.0-alpha26 while the server repo had
moved to alpha27, so scripts/check-sdk-artifact-drift.py (which compares
by git blob hash) reported this repo STALE. It was reporting all eleven
SDK repos stale for the same reason.

Content-wise the two specs are identical -- same 111 paths, same schemas,
same operations; only info.version differed. openapi.json is a reference
artifact here, not a codegen input (it appears only in prose and as a CI
path filter), so no regeneration is required and no generated file moves.
