* perf(clickhouse): fuse mapper and RowBinary encoding

Map and encode bounded ClickHouse row groups in one NIF call, reuse mapper scratch buffers, and return RowBinary without an intermediate BEAM map or output copy.

Production-shaped 1,000-row benchmarks show 24-31% lower end-to-end runtime and 53-55% lower BEAM allocation across logs, metrics, and traces; the mapper/encoding stage alone is 49-55% faster with 72-75% lower allocation.
