feat(macos): open the window wide enough to read the table

720x420 was sized for a single tunnel's facts and a pair of charts. The
table has six columns and the last one holds an endpoint, which can be an
IPv6 address with a port on the end - so the window opened needing to be
resized before it could be read.

1280x680 fits it. The minimum rises to 820 as well, which is what the six
columns need beside the sidebar before the table starts clipping instead
of shrinking.

Whatever size somebody settles on is now theirs from then on: the frame
is autosaved under the bundle identifier, so the default only decides the
first time and the development build cannot move the installed one's
window.
