Give RunUntilSignal the caller's context

RunUntilSignal made its own context, so the typical main was the one
path that could not give a component the caller's values. The helper now
takes a context and gives it to Start and to Stop without a change. A
cancellation of that context stops the application, in addition to a
signal. ADR-007 records the alternatives that Yama rejected.
