container: exclude the box's venv via .gitignore

Write /.sbclaude-venv/ to the project's .gitignore rather than
.git/info/exclude. The tools that read ignore rules -- Prettier, cspell,
and the like -- honour .gitignore but not .git/info/exclude, so keeping
the entry there is what makes those scanners skip the directory; and a
single .gitignore is cleaner than splitting ignores across two files.

The repository gate loosens accordingly: check for a .git entry rather
than a writable .git/info directory, so a worktree or submodule checkout
(where .git is a file) still gets the entry.
