Consume the new kubevirt-cdi-bazel-builder image published after #4244
(GIMME_GO_VERSION=1.25.12), bump go to 1.25.0, rules_go to v0.57.0 for
Go 1.25 pack-from-source support, and refresh CVE-impacted modules
(go-jose, otel, x/crypto, x/net, x/text, grpc) plus vendor.
