Release 3.0.0: dependencies split into extras, widget layer removed

The default install is now what a modeller needs and nothing else. Plotting,
the XMILE compiler, the server and Logfire ship as extras; using one without
it raises an error naming the extra to install.

The widget layer is gone - SimpleDashboard, the BPTK_Py.widgets package and
the ipywidgets dependency with it. progress_bar is rebuilt on tqdm and now
works in the terminal and in marimo, not only in Jupyter.

A pure-Python wheel is published alongside the platform wheels, so BPTK can
be installed in the browser through micropip. Element.plot() gained the
format parameter, which is what notebook environments other than Jupyter
need to render a diagram at all.

Also: bptk.update() works again, the XMILE parser no longer loses single
entities under current xmltodict, and the Docker image is retired.
