Update dependency arrayify-stream to v3

arrayify-stream v3 moved from a default export to the named
`arrayifyStream` export, so update both consumers accordingly:

- test/RdfParser-test.ts: default import -> named import
- spec/parser.js: `.default(...)` -> `.arrayifyStream(...)`

Supersedes #59, which bumped the dependency without the required
call-site changes and therefore failed CI.
