Migrate to the arrayify-stream v3 named export

arrayify-stream v3 moved from a default export to the named
`arrayifyStream` export, so `require('arrayify-stream')` no longer
resolves to a callable function and the tests fail with
"arrayifyStream is not a function".

Import the named export instead, and drop the deprecated
`@types/arrayify-stream` stub since arrayify-stream now ships its own
type definitions.
