fix(auth)!: convert MobileOTPType to a RawRepresentable struct (#1220)

MobileOTPType is part of the public API surface; as an enum, using an
OTP type GoTrue added after this SDK version shipped required an SDK
upgrade even for a value that just needed constructing. See SDK-637.
