test(graph): regression test for exact-multiple-of-chunk downloads (#98)

Locks in the correct multipart loop behavior (ceil(size/chunk) trips, end
clamped to size-1) for files whose size is an exact multiple of the 10 MiB
chunk size, so the onedriver #489 failure mode (extra request starting at
EOF, answered with HTTP 416, making the file unreadable) cannot be
reintroduced. The mock server fails the test if any Range starts at or past
EOF; verified the test fails against the buggy count-based loop.
