#3249 Replace \s with explicit ANY_SPACE class in the lexer

The predefined \s matches the full Unicode whitespace set, which is
broader than the ANY_SPACE ([ \t\f\n\r]) class used everywhere else for
space handling. That inconsistency between what counts as a space in
different rules caused freezes.

Use ANY_SPACE instead of \s, and add NOT_ANY_SPACE_OR_SLASH for the
STRING_LIST content rule so its space set matches captureSpaces().
