fix(build): stop a version suffix accumulating in the docs version chip (#48)

Found and fixed in Reach (#73); the same pattern is in every copy of
syncDocsVersion(). getVersionFromPlugin() can return a version carrying a
suffix word ("1.2.0 beta"), but the replacement pattern stopped at the space,
so each build wrote the suffix in again after the one already there.

LifeLines ships no bundled documentation today, so this is preventative — it
keeps the copy here identical to the fixed ones in the other plugins.
